Eligibility for Returns  

Items are eligible for return only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

Please make sure all original tags, labels, and packaging are returned. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.  

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.   

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to radiantroostitservicespvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue. This helps us process your return faster.

Refund Process and Timeline  

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.  

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.   

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item only partially meets the return requirements, for example minor damage or missing packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.   

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve it promptly.
