Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to every pin code across India, making sure your favorite styles reach you wherever you are. For now, we don’t ship internationally.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team begins preparing it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
After processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
We aim to make sure your latest fashion picks reach you quickly and in perfect condition.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If your delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, your package will return to our warehouse. You can request a re-delivery once the issue is resolved.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours and share clear photos of the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll verify with our courier partners and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
